Reland "Log GN arguments before building Chrome" This reverts commit 59803f64330e5901761b41a80f9a5387c84985d9. This change introduces a new function `show_gn_args` that logs the content of the `args.gn` file from the output directory. This will help in checking the build configuration and debugging the gap between the bisector and non-bisector environments.
